Delivery times depend on the selected shipping method.
Mainland Spain, Balearic Islands, Portugal, and France
Home delivery: estimated delivery in 2–3 business days (*)
In-store pickup (available only in mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands): estimated delivery in 2–3 business days. Available stores will be shown in the delivery section before completing your purchase. (*)
Second Life Program
Shipping costs will always apply to orders containing items from the Second Life section.
Canary Islands
Home delivery: estimated delivery in 5–9 business days. The timeframe begins once the order has been shipped. (*)
European Union
Home delivery: estimated delivery in 5–7 business days. The delivery time begins on the shipment date. (*)
International
Home delivery: estimated delivery in 5–9 business days. The delivery time starts from the shipment date. (*)
For orders outside the EU, please note that the order will not be shipped until the customer provides their ID or passport for the intra-community invoice, which will be requested by email.
Customs duties and transport fees, where applicable, will be paid by the recipient upon arrival in the destination country.
* If the package is refused once shipped, the shipping costs incurred will be deducted from the order amount.
* In case of loss or misplacement, a full refund of the order will be issued.
General Information
(*) These delivery times are approximate and start counting 24 business hours after the purchase date. Choose in-store pickup if you spend time away from home or are on holiday. You will have several days and extended opening hours to collect your order. Additionally, you will also support our ECO initiative.
Orders are shipped via SEUR, and via UPS for international orders.

Order Tracking
After your payment is authorized, you will receive an email with your order number. From that moment on, you can check the status of your order in the “My Orders” section.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email including a tracking link. Through this link, you can check the status and location of your order at any time.
Availability of Items
All orders are subject to item availability.
If we are unable to ship the product for any reason, we reserve the right not to process the order.
If the order has already been placed, we reserve the right to notify you by email and proceed with its cancellation, as well as the refund of the corresponding amount using the same payment method used during the purchase process.
International Shipping
All international shipments are managed exclusively from our central warehouse. Therefore, if an item is not available in that warehouse, it cannot be shipped to destinations outside the peninsula. This information will be communicated to the customer during the order payment process.
